Cancellation policy
If you wish to end your child's regular tuition, please provide one month's notice.
Notice period
Lessons during the notice period will continue as normal and will remain payable.
Payments beyond notice
If any lessons have already been paid for beyond the notice period, these will be refunded or credited where appropriate.
Written record
Where possible, notice should be given by message or email so that there is a clear written record.
Why this policy exists
This policy is designed to give families flexibility while also allowing time for the tuition slot to be offered to another student.
